WSOP Analysis 2016
So I'm back in Florida after my exhausting six week WSOP grind. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing. In terms of execution, I feel like I played the best poker I'm capable of playing. But as far as results go, I lost money and Sklansky Bucks don't pay the bills. The good news is I did a good job of damage control and avoided all the...
And all the other ways to light money on fire, get an STD, and/or die. Vegas is fun for about three days but after that it starts to wear me out. I get sooooo sick of the...

And that's just the start of it. The tilt is real! I can't tell you how much I hate being in the middle of the desert, in the middle of the summer, in the middle of the Rio. But somehow I still managed to...

The problem is that perfect execution doesn't always produce a profit. I did everything in my power to make this a lucrative summer and it didn't work out. In short summary, I had a terrible summer and I've learned my lesson. Compromising my mental and physical health for a shot at a bracelet is something that I won't ever do again.
This is definitely the last time I'm spending the entire summer in Vegas. I'll play the Monster Stack, the Main, and a few side events, but I won't be out there for more than a week at a time. The money just isn't worth my happiness.
I really enjoy the simplicity of sleeping in my own bed, coaching students in the morning, grinding cash in the afternoon, and playing tournaments on the weekends. It's effortless. I can go to the beach, party in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and surround myself with college girls whenever I want.
There really are some things money can't buy.
